Verified Renter My 3rd year living at Shoal Creek it’s been a pleasant experience. The community is quiet, clean, rapid response on any maintenance service that happens, lots of amenities to choose from. Last but least throughout the year the leasing office will host free events/snacks for the tenants in the complex.

From the office staff to maintenance I would definitely recommend to not just a friend but to my family members as well.
