Overall very pleased. We had questions and concerns initially and Energy Shield was very responsive to our questions and the follow up has been consistent to ensure our ongoing questions and needs are being met.

I talked to someone at energy shield over the phone. Energy Shield tried to sell me this energy inspection, and I told them all I needed right now was attic insulation. Energy shield told me not a problem they can send someone to look just in the attic. A salesman comes to my house at the agreed upon time. The salesman tried to sell me an energy inspection for $50.00. I told him I had already declined the energy inspection over the phone and just needed a quote on attic insulation. Bath Planet took my deposit check on 10/21/2017 and said they would have my bathtub/shower insert installed before Thanksgiving. They didn't live up to that promise, and it wasn't until 1/3/2018 that they came to install it. I made several calls to the sales rep and called the office to request a call back from the owner. Neither the sales rep or the owner ever called. I can't recommend that anyone do business with this company. They are unprofessional and don't communicate. Bath Planet/Sho-Pro: I want to thank you for my new tub/shower surround. Chris & Jeremy did a wonderful job preparing the area for dust & safety, removal & install. They were patient with my pups, and efficient with their work. The quality of the product was exactly as presented. They even hung the shower rod I purchased. Sho Pro will not attend to your warranty problems. Get lots of lip service and that's about all.
Sho-Pro of Indiana, Inc. has terrible customer service. The Sales person assured us the installation of a new walk-in shower would take one day, two at the most. Fifty-four days later it was finally finished. During that time, the pipes burst in the wall behind the shower - they had to cut the wall out of a closet in order to fix it. The drain in the shower pan was also running water into our crawl space. On a day when it was pouring rain the installer used no drop cloths and our hallway floor was a big mess.
