Had our master bathroom remodeled. While the gentleman who did the majority of the work did a good job and cleaned up after himself the job was left undone for a few weeks. It took time to get the dry wall done to prep for painting. The salesmen who talked with us to use the company made it sound like the entire bathroom would be done. We used Sho pro to remodel our kitchen. Our installer was a true master of the craft. His work was exceptional. He was here on time each day and kept us in the loop along the way. He went above and beyond in many areas of the remodel and paid attention to details. He also kept the area clean.That was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend our installer ******. Our kitchen looks great!

This company delivers more then what they tell you. When I was presented the remodel solutions I was happy with what the sales person presented. The next step was my installer ****** to bring my dream to life. I can tell you without hesitation he OVER delivered on the promise made to me. His attention to detail and professionalism I do not encounter often from companies wanting to do work at my home. 5 star rating for our installer! Our project was a kitchen reface with new soft close cabinet doors, pull out shelves in 2 base cabinets, new countertops, sink, and faucet. We did not anticipate delays with the contract timeline; yet our installer made all the difference in our experience with Sho-Pro. His expertise is off the charts excellent. Terrible company, scammers. Promised great service and received none. Don't show up, don't protect your property, don't clean up and laughed that we believed the salesmen. We asked for compensation for the cleaning since they left a huge mess, shavings everywhere. No protection of your flooring and window was full of shavings. We were told they would place plastic coverings to protect home. They do not return calls and act like you have no reason to complain. Told salesmen will tell you anything to get your business.
