Had my shower redone a year ago with Sho Pro. The product is everything that they said it was. I am extremely happy with the result. The install was very professionally done, and has exceeded my expectations in every way. Knowing that there is a lifetime warranty and that they will address any issues, if I have any is a big relief.

We decided to get new insulation after talking with Sho-Pro of Indiana, and we couldn't be happier! Before getting our new insulation with space blanket there was a noticeable shift in temperature before our first and second floor. It was especially bad in our boys' bedroom, so much so that we were afraid they'd be way too hot and cold in the different seasons (it was at least a 7 degree difference). They did an excellent on my shower!!!! I have 3 bathrooms and they are doing every single one! Its beautiful and they have a lifetime warranty! Its worth every penny!

From start to finish every promise was fulfilled. From the initial interview with the sales representative, till the demolition and the construction , everything went fine. And even on an earlier date than expected. The renovation part is perfectly in harmony with the original bathroom. We were offered a lot of options and we got really good help in choosing the right ones. The installers were very nice and capable. I was more then sastisfied with the entire process starting from the initial measure to the overall workmanship of our walk in shower. The installers left our house looking better then when they arrived. Thank you Bath Planet!!

My wife and I a very happy with our newly remodeled bathroom the walk-in shower and the new flooring are beautiful. We want to thank Ms. Katy in the front office for k**ping us updated with our order and installing date and time. I would like to thank Mr. Chris M***** for the detail and layout of our new bathroom. We also want to thank Mr. L** the installer for the great work on the installation and on how he treated our home and project as if it was his home. GREAT JOB BATH PLANTE TEAM.

I had Sho-Pro install windows in my house in 2002. They had a lifetime warranty. I now need some warranty work done on the windows. Sho-Pro has not been responsive. When I first contacted them, they kept transferring me to a voice mail box and no one ever responded. When I called them again, they told me they no longer did work with the manufacturer, but that I should contact them for warranty claims. Sho-Pro provided me the manufacturer name of Alside. I contacted the company and the windows installed were not made by them.... read more
