I had Sho-Pro install windows in my house in 2002. They had a lifetime warranty. I now need some warranty work done on the windows. Sho-Pro has not been responsive. When I first contacted them, they kept transferring me to a voice mail box and no one ever responded. When I called them again, they told me they no longer did work with the manufacturer, but that I should contact them for warranty claims. Sho-Pro provided me the manufacturer name of Alside. We had Sho Pro do a full attic insulation job in January 2018 after having them in our home in December 2017. During that initial meeting, I was told they GUARANTEE a 25% reduction in utility bills and I flat out asked the crooked salesman what happens if we don't get that and when he wasn't able to provide a good answer, I should have ended the conversation then. I had the sales rep come out to my house for a quote in early May. He showed me several options for my very dated built in 1950 bathroom. I chose what I liked and he quoted my choices. We scheduled around my vacation but there was some issue with scheduling and it had to be done earlier. The installer was incredible to say the least. They are a great company. They communicate very well and all employees have been very kind.

They were good during the install and leading up to install. Any problems we have had they have been quick and accurate on any repairs or questions.
Delivered a great product and installation. Finished ahead of schedule. Installer was professional and courteous.
They do no stand behind their word. I was told they were rebate me two months of energy bills, for no more than $500. This was one of their selling points. I paid up front, send my rebate form and bills on 12-5-17 and never heard a word from them, nor did I ever receive the rebate. I followed all instructions. I would never do business with them again. As a widow lady, on a fixed income, I feel they took advantage of me.
