⭐ 1 Star I took my van to Bosch Car Service – Shiv Motors for an MOT and had a genuinely awful experience. While I understand the van is older and a fail was expected, the way I was treated was completely unprofessional. There was zero customer service — I was made to stand outside the entire time with no waiting area or offer of basic hospitality. The owner was rude, dismissive, and showed no respect throughout. I chose Shiv because I could get an early appointment before work. Came here with my leased Aygo last week and they knew exactly how leased car drivers want services to be carried out, i.e. by contacting the lease company on your behalf and seeing what the plan covers. A world away from the Toyota dealership the lease company recommended, who not only don’t seem to be aware how leases work but also still try and upsell you. Quick and efficient, will be back next year.
