Not about the business, but a member of staffs conduct - on Saturday the 20th of December I witnessed an employee of this company, Nick Ward, physically assault a young man outside of a nightclub. As someone representing a company such as Shirley’s transport you would expect better conduct.
Absolutely terrible experience while driving on the dual carriage way. We were travelling in the left hand lane as I am carrying a child. To our disgust a lorry driver from your shamble of a company, to be beeping and swearing at us. I just want to reiterate that a vehicle that is promoting a company and driving in that manor is absolutely disgusting.
