I had hypnotherapy with Shirley which was amazing and a great success. She is such a lovely, positive, non-judgemental and observant lady who made me feel very comfortable and at ease. After the first session I was delighted to receive a lovely personalised audio which she had created especially for me. It was amazing!! I recently had a stop vaping session with Shirley and I can honestly say, it's changed my entire mindset. As someone who was opposed to the idea of hypnotherapy or psychological support, Shirley proved me wrong by continuously raising the bar and providing unique and effective methods to help with overcoming my problems that have had such a positive impact on my life. She is very understanding and will relate to you on a personal level. My only regret is not finding her sooner. I would 100% recommend to anyone seeking support or guidance.
