Terrible experience as a new patient. All appointments have to be triaged over the phone before you will be seen. Telephone call appointments weren't available for 3 weeks and when my appointment came I waited for an hour with no call. Told that the doctor would call some time during the day and sometimes calls at 10pm at night which is really not fair on patients who have booked appointments. Such a difference going from Victor Street Surgery to this one. All the staff here are amazing.
Really fantastic surgery. I have always been able to have an appointment/phone consultation when needed and in a very timely manner. Very responsive, caring, and special praise to Dr Raafat for her care and regular check-ins during a period of recent ill health.
Called to ask if I can register with the go the receptionist was rude straight up dismissed me and referred me to a surgery that’s far from my are called back said they were closed. What a joke thank u anyway
