Unfortunately my first experience. My car suddenly made a quite worrying noise and I really needed to go to work that day. I went to ask if they could have a quick look just to let me know if it could be possible to drive to work, the receptionist said they could but car needed to be left all day and they had no substitute car available. I rushed to go and find a car I could borrow or rent, came back 90 min later to be told they couldn’t look at my car and rudely told to get RAC cover, which anyway wouldn’t have solve my iss... read more
