Extremely disappointing experience using Shipways Kidderminster to purchase our home. Communication was poor throughout, emails were ignored on multiple occasions, leaving us in the dark during crucial stages of the process. We were explicitly told the property was not part of a chain, only to discover later that it was a serious misrepresentation that added unnecessary stress and delays.
