Well they are the lesser of all shipping evils, but definitely need uploading improvements, USPS interference outages in a weekly basis should seriously be looked at, always times out, and the longer it goes the slower the sevice gets.
We have been talking with ShipStation support for over 2 weeks now. Our connection with Ebay still down and we are not able to ship out eBay orders with shipstation. None of the Shipstation support members / managers are able to solve our issues. Our business logistic are heavily depending on ShipStation and we have been with ShipStation for over 2 years. This most recent development made me reconsider whether to continue our subscription with ShipStation.
I do recommend shipstation that make bad domestic shipping experience easier and better!
Just started using Shipstation. So far no complaints! Will use it again on another site. Would like to learn more about it. Attending the seminar will help a lot (I hope)
I hope you record your customer service calls. I am not an enterprise account and now realize I made the mistake of calling in. Unfortunately Lauren Burton took the call saying she could briefly help. It was the most awful experience since I started in business in 2011. Bad customer service , paid for service si I could upload orders from my zencart , but for the past month has not been working . They have not been able to fix the error and they are not willing to issue any credit.
make your magento 2 integration on par to what it was with magento 1 , how come we cant import PO in your M2 version when we used to be able to achieve this in M1 ?
ShipStation is the center of our world and performs great. We run more than 5 stores (Shopify, Amazon, Houzz, Etsy, and an EDI feed from a dropshipper), ShipStation allows us to deliver to them all seamlessly. Support is there when we need them and always has an answer - I may not like the answer, but they have one. 😉 I recommend ShipStation to anyone who is looking to consolidate their shipping logistics into a single app.
