Been using ShipStation for about 3 months and it has made coordinating shipping so much easier and more convenient. Love not having to wait in line and being able to drop packages off with prepaid shipping.
I've been a Shipstation customer since 2013. They are the gold standard of shipping software, and I have tried many different solutions. The reporting exports are top notch and the API is something we couldn't live without. If you are a high volume ecommerce seller and aren't using this, you are missing out.

ShipStation has saved my business both time and money. Shipping errors because of incorrect address entries and tracking number errors have dropped. Staying on top of my shipping is easy now, and if I need to know what is going on all of the information is in one place. Worth every penny spent and couldn't be happier with my decision to go with ShipStation.
I've been using ShipStation for my business since January, and as a new business owner, I was terrified of all the details that I thought I might be overlooking. ShipStation has made shipping out my products completely stress-free, and I'm so thankful to have one less thing to worry about. My business is also hosted through Squarespace, and the integration between the two has been completely seamless so far. No complaints; I would highly recommend it for a small business!
Shipstation makes printing labels a breeze, I especially like how you can have multiple stores and import all the orders into one place. I purchased a zebra printer and the two together makes printing labels so fast and easy. Print hundreds of labels with the click of a mouse. I have tried other shipping softwares and this one wins hands down.
ShipStation makes the shipping process very seamless. It does a great job pulling in all orders from many different selling channels. Customizing and printing labels directly from ShipStation works well also. The Stamps account that you get for free when you sign up for ShipStation, and discounted insurance, more than pay for the cost of the membership. I would definitely recommend using ShipStation.
