Been going downhill for awhile now, used to be great software and service. Not anymore, canned responses and empty promises when issues arise.
It is mind boggling that a solution that is very good in many aspects, has missed the mark so incredibly far when it comes to end of day reporting for UPS. Not having the ability to print an end of day report for the UPS driver to scan is crazy. It has been requested in the user forums for YEARS, and still it has never been implemented. Let there be no QUESTION without an end of day scan, UPS WILL deny any and all claims as you the shipper CANNOT PROVE to UPS that they took the package. These guys have repeatedly ignored simple questions of mine. I currently have 4 open tickets with the same question, and they simply ignore it, write a canned response, don't even bother looking at the screenshots I attach. I have spent 4 days now trying to get a simple question answered. Their customer service is horrendous, especially Eric M's.
I wanted to try the service but I have been trying to get it connected to my account for 20+ minutes now and wont connect and no customer service to help!
Tried contacting them about my ebay error with their non working software app that doesn't work . I need to cancel it immediately.
ShipStation - we've tried multiple times in the last 2+ weeks to reach out and get to the support page; however, it keeps taking us to the login page and never goes to the help center after that. Can you please advise how we can get a reply or someone to assist us?

I used to always rave about Shipstation, but the fact that they are unwilling to compensate me for an identified issue on their end is ridiculous and insulting. They verified an issue where money was deducted from my balance but no label was produced, and instead of accepting responsibility after 45 minutes of tech support, I was advised I need to contact stamps.com instead for compensation.
Poor customer service and shady business tactics. Was a happy ShipStation customer for years until their latest tactic for getting customers to drop Endicia. Ironically, I answered their call for customers to switch from Endicia to Stamps.com but was unable to make the change because of technical errors on their web site. A joke of a company that doesn't deserve your money. 👎👎👎
