RecommendedI've been using Shipstation for going on 3 years now and have always experienced great customer support and they are always quick to resolve any issues I have. Shipstation has been such a time saver for my business!
Support is terrible, my Shipstation has been inoperable all month. I’ve been trying to get help for days, they say it could take up to 72 hours for support. Is this anyway to run a business? They certainly answer the sales line.
This software is a complete, utter nightmare to use.
Needs better customer service. Has Zero at this time.
Fix the "known" issue in BigCommerce.
Communication is awful. They have the information they need, but will not let you use the system unless you chase them down to give them the same information they already have. But they will happily still charge you every month.
Horrible customer service. DO NOT SIGN UP they will not talk to you on chat and then they close the chat with no resolution. HORRIBLE STAY AWAY
Be more competitive with shipping prices. Shipping is more than double that provided by Amazon Have a support email address.
Works great! Saved a ton of money.
