The customer service is HORRIBLE. You can't call unless you are a High Volume customer. I have emailed and my issue was "escalated" but now no one will respond. Shipstation shown rates were much lower than the actual UPS rate. I have lost over $1200 in shipping costs and still cant get the correct rate to show on Shipstation but they won't answer emails.

I submitted a claim over a month ago for packing slip issues and have had ZERO progress and horrible communication. If you combine multiple orders, the packing slips only show items from one order. Even single orders, the packing slips are leaving items off. This is costing us extra shipping fees when customers don't receive their full order simply because Shipstation can't figure out packing slips. Packing slips!! Shipping 101. Sent an email to our company purporting to be a private customer, suggesting we might try their site to lower our postal costs (which were already at Royal Mail's cost prices). Any company that relies on deception to 'entice' people to their product deserves to be swerved.

One of the reasons we went with Ship Station was their customer service, however now whenever we have an issue, customer service is terrible, costing us valuable time often resulting in shipments not getting out in a timely manner, then sometimes resulting in lower ratings. This MUST STOP NOW or we will find another service and leave reviews about our most recent experiences in social media

You could improve by actually having customer service. You could improve by not overcharging my account $915 when I over pay you every single day! You could improve by having an answer to why I was charged $915 for a package adjustment - but you have no answers. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF AND SCAM! YOU JUST LOST A $30K ACCOUNT

Developers must be very lazy! I reported an issue 7 months ago and still nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Customer services are non existent. They don’t even have the capability to automatically add Royal Mail reference numbers. If it can add signed for tracking numbers then why can’t you add reference numbers automatically? They are more bothered about your money than improving their platform.

The batch process is a mess and customer service is no existent! Save your time look somewhere else!!
