RecommendedEasy to use and provides the services I need, but sometimes takes a while to calculate shipping and creates two labels.
Shipstation is amazing! I use it with Bigcartel and it cuts the work in half! It send out shipping notifications for me and makes international shipping cost way less! Not to mention the customer service is amazing!
Have been using Shipstation for the past couple of months & it has streamlined shipping across all my selling channels. Quick to set up, easy to use, and quick and friendly customer service.
Customer service lacks, and they have had an API issue since the 11th now with no estimated time to fix. Not worth the huge monthly fee.
If you use shipstation you probably noticed it has NOT worked with shipstation for several days. Ship station is trying to get the fix in to retrieve Paypal orders but seem to be failing ! Shipstation makes our business so much easier. It’s very organized and easy to use.
I love how easy it is to create a label for shipping. Also that you can save the shipping info. for a particular item so that you don't have to enter all the package info. each time. I'm not thrilled with their inventory system. It takes too much time to enter new products. I'd like to see a more stream lined process. I don't really need to use the inventory tracker though as I track inventory through my store which is enough. ShipStation does have an option to not track inventory so it all works well. We use ship station for our Etsy and WooCommerce store and love it. Wonderful customer service and a great system!
