I like the ease of use of Ship Station. I would like a little more flexibility on the packing list.
I started using ShipStation this past fall to process my holiday orders. As soon as I signed up I received a personalized email and direct call from a support team member. They helped walk me through set up and answered all my questions. It's an overwhelming interface when you first interact with it but having someone there to help me was AWESOME. Jumping on to ShipStation really elevated my shipping system and I am super happy with the decision.
