I had a 25 year old natural gas furnace replaced by Shipley Energy. The knowledgable technicians did a great job with the install. The new two stage furnace with a variable speed blower does a superb job of maintaining the temperature. I'm anxious to see how the new A/C unit will work. All I can say is Thanks.

Just coming from the buy out of Jay Gress, everyone has been super nice. Way better than the crew at Jay Gress. I like being able to see my bill online and check in on things just like my other bills.

They are a big rip off. When I quit there service I read 140 gallons were left in the tanks. Of course when they read it there is only 81 gallons. There prices are $2 more a gallon then Heller Gas.
On July 3rd, 1 day before leaving on vacation, our air conditioner broke down. After contacting our usual contractor and explaining that we were leaving for vacation the next day. They told us it could possibly be a few days to a week. Knowing we needed to fix the problem that day, we contacted Shipley. They had a technician to our home within 2 hours. Carson was very professional and thorough. Our air conditioner was working within an hour. Shipley will now be our contractor of choice.
After choosing Shipley Energy for our propane pool heater, they have decided after 4 years that the tanks are in an "inconvenient" spot in our yard! They chose the spot!!! They complained about tall grass (none) and that the Leyland Cypress trees were too tall. Those trees were fully mature when they installed the tanks. Now, they won't call us back so that we can tell them to come take their tanks BACK! Buy propane from any other company!

Tanks were just filled @ $4.99/gal, I called around and current market price is $3.19/gal with tank rental. Shipley will be getting a call from me today. I thought they would have learned not to do price gouging like the electric companies were doing and got caught.
