I just have to say how appreciative I was today with the quick service we received! Our furnace shut off and then began to smell of gas, I called shipley, they sent a service man to our house within in 3 hours to check everything out! He replaced what needed to be done and he took the time to explain to me what he was doing! His name was Dave! Thank you for making our family feel safe with using our heat again so fast!

I'm so angry right now! SHIPLEY ENERGY are heartless jerks! Poor mom was just trying to save money on her electric/gas bill. She has changed energy companies a couple of times now. She doesn't understand she is under contract. They seem so nice when they call and she's going to save money, of course she wants to save money, she's on a fixed income. They told me they would look into her case, they didn't and now have sent her to collections!

We bought are first house back in Dec. of 2015. We had it set up as automatic fill up. Everything was going good. My average bills were around 200.00 for heating oil. So in Feb. of 2017 I get my bill 400.00! They charged me $3.34 for heating oil!!. When I called they said that was the going rate. So I stopped service and called around. $2.25, 2.34 is what I got. This was for will call delivery not first time delivery. So I just got my tank filled on 3-28-2017 at $2.27 174 gal and my bill was still cheaper. Shipley is chargin... read more

This is the first season we have gotten propane from this company. They have been very good at filling tanks when we need them filled. We are paying a reasonable price based on what other companies charge. So far we are very pleased with the service they provide. Customer service has been excellent.

The service is awful! Our annual cleaning was deferred until 12/30 this year because of "shortage in service technicians." Shipley then billed me for a service call to clean the furnace because it was acting up prior to the annual cleaning. Shipley never provided the annual maintenance as in our plan and refused to deduct the cost difference between this and the service call. Nor would anyone ever call me back. Just awful!
