Had a lot of choices on propane providers when we moved to PA in 1998. We didn’t have any references on any energy providers and googled a lot of websites. Impressed by the number of positive customer reviews so we decided to go with Shipley. Have not regretted our decision. They’ve been very responsive to our needs in a highly professional manner!

Don't get a lease with them, if you sell your house they "forget" to cancel and continue to bill you for deliveries to your previous resident. It's been going on for month!!!!!!

Robo calls! So many robo calls. Every day, twice a day, for weeks. Will never use this company because of the robo calls.

The only automated calls we've been doing have been to remind our heating oil and propane customers to get their tanks filled before the next cold snap. I searched online, and called all of my local oil distributors with no luck for simple question. I Found this company online and they had an instant message chat feature which I used and talk to Christine. She asked for my ZIP Code and unfortunately they do not service my area. But she was more than willing to answer my question. This company has great customer service and knowledge of all products. I HIGHLY recommended them if you are in their service area. I would give less than 1star if I could. We pay for automatic filling of our tank and guess what? We don't have heat, no one came by to fill our tank. We see the truck all around the neighborhood but he never came to our house. We PAY every month for the auto fill up! And, conveniently, it's the coldest it's been in a century or so. Great service......

Terrible, called 1130 am to have someone look at our furnace called back at 330pm and told they were busy (which I understand) called back @ 730 and the person acted like we never even called, they didn't see our name. It wasn't until 930pm after we called Stambaugh's and got immediate response and called to cancel our service call did we get a call from your company, that's too bad because we were even going to inquire about a new furnace
