better management, SOME of the managers dont know their head from their elbow. Very unorganized, sexual harrassment is out in the open but nobody does anything about it. Scam customers and when the customer complains they "throw them a bone" to make it seem like they are actually doing something. They raised my electricity price 2x since signing up with them. Just because a company is local doesnt mean that its your best option. I suggest to shop around and if you do Im sure you will be able to find a better company.

Yes I would recommend Shipley energy to my friends
I have been a faithful customer for 14 years or so and now I am just about done with Shipley Energy!! I rearranged my work schedule for them to come to clean my furnace today. I was told the time could be any where from 7am till 12 noon. (first off, that is a ridiculously long time frame to expect someone to wait around). Well, it's about 5 minutes left in that time frame and still no show!! I am over these guys, they used to be a great place with great customer service. Not anymore!!
