Rates went up to $4.29/gallon in early January, when other companies were at least $0.50 cheaper. I was offered to lock in at $2.99 for a $149 fee for 2 years, and after looking into other companies' rates, I decided to do it. However, they neglected to tell me when I locked in that the fee to lock in had increased to $300 (a week after I was quoted $149)! 20 cents a gallon different from the other local oil companies, 4.09 vs 3.89. Last time I ever get oil from you crooks.
Benjamin was wonderful to work with! We were down under 10% and our entire house runs on LP. Everyone else is price gouging right now due to the shortage. They filled me up the next day at 2.29! Highly Recommend!
Highly disrespectful of customer service needs, makes excuses and will rip you off and not think twice!!!! Raise prices from $3.19 to $4.29 within a 30 day period. When checking competitors and their today rates (NOT FIRST FILL!! AND NOT A LOCKED$) is $2.49-$3.45. Yes I watch what you bill me, IT"S MY JOB AND MY FAMILY!!! I would never recommend this company. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau, as well as the Attorney Generals office. Specifically, their budget program is deceptively advertised. They will not regularly check your account and adjust it accordingly which can easily result in a large outstanding balance!!!
