Very impressed with the service.The windows look squeaky clean.They kept me informed about arrival.They were flexible with booking.Reliable service, windows cleaned very well and good value too. Staff are very polite.I would highly recommend these guys. good service & very knowledgeable.
Avoid if you want a reliable service. Rescheduled 4 times so I asked to cancel and get a full refund. They asked if I'd still like the service on the day it was planned for but recieved an email they cant make it to which I said yes. Carried out the service 22/09 (originally planned for 09/09) and emailed to say my 3 clean package has been cancelled and no refund will be issued.
UPDATE: I DONE A CHARGE BACK WITH MY BANK AND PROVIDED EVIDENCE THAT THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY DID NOT HONOUR THERE AGREEMENT. THEY SENT ME A THREATENING EMAIL SAYING THEY WILL GET THEIR LEGAL TEAM TO TAKE THIS TO COURT AND SUE ME FOR DEFAMATION. PEOPLE THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS AT ALL AND I HAVE RAISED THIS WITH THE CITIZENS ADVICE BEAREAU AND THEY HAVE REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO THE TRADING STANDARDS.
