Incredibly poor service from both south Reading and Shinfield medical practice. I have been trying to get hold of a doctor since yesterday. I had to call again this morning to book another appointment as nobody called me back. The receptionist told me someone had attempted twice which was a lie as I had my phone on me all day waiting for a call.

Avoid this clinic at all costs. You have more chance of seeing the King than you have of seeing a doctor. Was shoved to emergency care in Reading but they would not see me now told I have to go to the hospital eye clinic. Seems like the doctors are too lazy to see anyone at this clinic .

Had An Appointment booked went there 15 mins before my appointment checked in Waited 2 hrs everyone else who came after me got called in saw 10 people after me going in and out I had to sit 2 hrs and When Asked receptionist Whats going on I got told to sit and wait they honestly Don't care at all felt like They didn't want to serve me, at the end of the day I still don't know what is wrong with me and they had me waiting 2 weeks for this appointment only to be waited for another 2 hrs.

I’ve only been registered with this surgery for 18 months and have used their services on just two occasions – unfortunately, both experiences have been disappointing. My most recent experience, in particular, has made me decide to leave the surgery altogether. It’s incredibly difficult to get through to reception just to book an appointment.
