Lovely relaxing session with Vanessa for my Reflexology. The room is lovely and chilled to allow you to enjoy the full experience. Would highly recommend giving it a go !
Had an Indian Head Massage with the lovely Vanessa that I had as a gift for christmas. Not knowing what to expect beforehand it was a really relaxing treatment and great to de-stress. Vanessa had extensive knowledge of the different body systems. Would recommend :).
I cannot recommend Vanessa highly enough. I tell all my friends and colleagues how incredible Vanessa's Reflexology treatments are. She is a very talented lady. Regular treatments have been a game changer for me. I think everyone needs these treatments in their life.
If I could give 10 stars for Vanessa’s baby classes I would! I have had such special journeys with Vanessa with both my babies right from pregnancy yoga, baby massage and baby yoga (right up to advanced!) My maternity leave wouldn’t have been what it has been without the mama and me classes. The classes include a supportive check in with muma each week, some lovely yoga time for mummy (to relax and stretch out those aches and pains) and then developmentally appropriate yoga moves for the babies themselves. I have loved every minute of the baby massage and baby yoga courses with Vanessa. Such a lovely experience for babies and great to meet such a brilliant group of ladies with both of my babies. Vanessa delivers each session with fantastic knowledge and expertise and makes sure that everyone has a great time too. Thank you!
