Installation and customer care was the best at all customer services
I checked with a few solar companies before I chose Shine Solar. The service was excellent and the workers were friendly and very knowledgeable on their jobs. I am very happy with service and the follow up program. I have numbers and contact information that will answer any questions I have. I highly recommend Shine Solar if you are interested in going solar.
Shine Solar gives speedy and reliable service. Every week I got updates on the progress of the panels. Even before getting too far into the process, they collected alot of different data to see if it would even be worth it for me. They didn't want me to get something that I wouldn't benefit from. They even gave me free led lights and new insulation for the house with the pannels.
Very helpful with issues that arise in the system and answering questions. They were quick in putting up the panels, getting an HVACC, and putting in insulation. The steps are laid out easily for you so that you always know what's happening next.
