Shine Solar is awesome, great people, great products, great work, and a great experience. My wife and I are very pleased with how this was explained to us over Zoom with Andrew ****** Annie kept us informed when installation would be, and when they couldn't finish installing due to weather, they got us on the schedule quickly to finish up. The crews were very good with any questions we had. I would recommend Shine Solar to anyone that would like to save money in the long run.

From my sales person Zach to Alyssa in Customer Relations, everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. The entire process is streamlined and takes no time before you are running solar. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to install solar.

There is always some level of apprehension with a significant purchase involving unfamiliar technologies. In all our encounters, at every level, throughout the entire process, Shine Solar representatives were professional, efficient and helpful. When we had concerns, they addressed them promptly. There was effective, clear communication from the initial consultation to the follow up.

Sales was very clear and answered all our questions. Shine stayed in constant contact and let us know evey every step along the way. Kept all the appointments. Did all the work with the power company. The PDF docs worked fine. They cleaned up when they finished installing. Installers are very professional.
