Great communication. Very professional. Answered all my questions, were always available and showed up when they said they would, which is very important to me.
We have been more than satisfied with the work done by the Shine Solar team. From our first installation at our previous home to the reinstallment at our new home. They made going solar easy!
I was mislead by the salesman from the beginning. My system has not met the guaranteed power generated. They did install additional solar panels, but only after I Informed them that the guarantee stated they would install panels and not pay me for the power not generated. They are very slow to respond and do not act like they want to correct the system so it will do as presented.

We had a great experience with Shine Solar and would highly recommend them. I was most impressed with the continuous communication from their people along with the fact that they handled every step of the process. I was impressed that the company provided service so far from their home base, also.

Each and everyone we were in contact with from the grounds crew to the project coordinator to the concierge, everyone was so helpful and patient with us. We appreciate working with such great folks!
