I was mislead by the salesman from the beginning. My system has not met the guaranteed power generated. They did install additional solar panels, but only after I Informed them that the guarantee stated they would install panels and not pay me for the power not generated. They are very slow to respond and do not act like they want to correct the system so it will do as presented.

We had a great experience with Shine Solar and would highly recommend them. I was most impressed with the continuous communication from their people along with the fact that they handled every step of the process. I was impressed that the company provided service so far from their home base, also.

Shine Solar is an awesome company to work with. From the time we started the process to the final completion, they were there the whole time. Each and everyone we were in contact with from the grounds crew to the project coordinator to the concierge, everyone was so helpful and patient with us. We appreciate working with such great folks!

Start to finish this was the best install i haver ever had done ! Not sure if it gets any better!
Great to work with. Took care of everything to make getting solar a very easy process. Even caught some issues with my A/C before they became real problems! The extra insulation has made a big difference in keeping my house cool, and making the solar that much more efficient!
