Getting solar panels was a dream of ours for a while and Shine Solar made the process so easy and simple. They helped us with any questions we had and were friendly and quick to get back with us. Looking forward to upgrading in the future!
What can I say, from the first phone call from an Arkansas area code to the one today several months later I could not be happier with every step, shine solar, shine air, and shine home could not be a better organization. I have not only referred people I've even looked at open positions in this company, these people really truly are an amazing group who love what they do! They take excellent care of you and customer service is at a level that is almost surreal especially in this day.
Although my process has been long and had a couple of hickups I highly recommend Shine Solar. They stayed on top of anything going on. They made good on any issue we had. Would I say they are perfect no. However I do say that they learn and grow and make good on anything they say or correct what needs corrected. Shine has the nicest people and they are so easy to work with. Highly recommend them.
