The over all experience was good. They were informative, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They were professional answered all our questions. They stayed in contact with us and ensured that we knew of each step to come. I am in construction and must admit that I do not like others working on my home. So you can imagine the questions and way I observed while others worked on my house. The contractors that were associated with solar shine handled this well. Every member of their staff has a job to do and they make sure that it is completed in a timely fashion. Even before the solar install, the team at Shine Solar helped us complete updates to our home, at no cost to us, that began immediately saving us money! This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a company trying to sell me something, they were not high pressure, instead they were very patient with me, answering all my questions, sometimes two or three times just to make sure I had a good understanding of what I would be getting into. I had constant communication with my project manager through the whole process and he made sure I knew exactly what to expect in every step of the process. I would recommend Shine Solar. They were great to work with from the very beginning to the final zoom recap call. The only slight negative was the lead up to the install. There was some communication issues in confirming my install, but I think this was because the lady in charge of this area was carrying many hats at the time. They seem to be an expanding company and I can tell why. Great company to work with!

Great Experience so far and good communications with their team. They follow up with you to make sure items are getting completed. Install crew was good and they were friendly. Cant wait to see how much it will reduce the bill. Have always wanted to do this and felt like it was the right time. Ricky M. did a great job on the opening presentation. You can actually see the meter work backwards. Thanks to Kenny L. for getting it started.

Shine Solar has been such an awesome company and we are so thankful we went with them for our panels. They have been so helpful and kind and you can't beat the amazing price vs. Being charged a ridiculous amount by an electric company. Would recommend to anyone and everyone looking to go solar!
