We are so glad we went solar!!! We have been thinking about going Solar for a few years, but did not think we had any upfront equity to start. Then, from our neighbors, we found out Shine is a company that sets you up to lower your monthly bills without the upfront cost. The financing was very simple. The installation was very easy. The added benefit is that we also received MANY energy efficiency tools at no additional cost to us. Now, it is so fun to see how much energy we are producing from these panels.

The employees are sweet, respectful and do what they say they are going to do. The equipment is working great so far!!! I wish there was a way to shorten the time from start to finish. I was told some utility companies require extended time to complete their end of the process. However 5 months does seem excessive though.

I was torn between giving a 4-star and a 5-star, but ultimately came down on 5. Short version: The process was a little slower than I wanted, but not too terribly long either: about 3 months from the time I reached out to the panels going live. The sales and customer service rep were pretty awesome throughout the process, though there was one or two hiccups.
