They are local and eager to help and explain. Did not use high pressure tactics to sell anything Highly recommend to anyone interested or wanting to learn about process
The whole process was streamlined and painless. There were weekly updates and putting the panels only took a day. Its nice seeing my lower power bills.

I had such a great experience with Shine Solar. I had a million questions throughout the process, and Daniel Collins had a million answers. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible as my schedule went haywire trying to adapt to new conditions forced on us by Covid-19. The system is now up and running, and there are already significant offsets on my power usage. I love the idea of being more responsible for my carbon footprint, and Shine Solar has been a great partner in this particular endeavor.
I am very pleased with my new solar system from Shine Solar. It was not a high pressure sales pitch and I felt like they took the time to get the appropriate system for my particular home. After sign the contract, the staff was very responsive and eager to make sure I was well informed. They made all the necessary calls to my HOA and city acquiring all the needed permits on my behalf. First off customers are rewarded for good reviews . They have a major breakdown in the ability communication with customers. Took 4.5 months to get lesk fixed n roof fixed caused by installation of panels. If there customer service reps put a fraction of effort they put into replying to negative reviews into basic customer subject matter. They would not have bad reviews. Shine has been great to work with. They have been open and clear and polite throughout the entire process and have always worked hard to provide excellent service. We are very pleased with the services provided and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
