Shine Solar's reviews with the BBB appear to be overwhelmingly favorable. Our experience, however, was anything but. Our (2nd) consultant, and even the Director of Sales himself, admitted as much to us. My wife and I signed a contract to have panels installed on our manufactured home. Forty-eight days after the site survey, we were told that panels on our house would not be to code and would not pass inspection. The process from start to finish was so easy! Nathan was a phenomenal consultant that explained the energy production vs consumption in an easy to understand format. It totally made sense to go solar! Desiree took the project over after I signed my loan docs and communicated every week with me to ensure I knew every step of the process. The installers and electricians showed up and got my system put on the roof with no issues.
