Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place! Absolutely awful service. I paid for a full car wash and vacuum, but they didn’t even do the basics properly. The car still had visible dirt on the outside and the inside clearly hadn’t been hoovered properly – crumbs, dust, and dirt were all still there. I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. My car looked barely touched both inside and out—definitely not what you would expect after paying for a full cleaning. On top of that, the customer service was awful. The staff were dismissive and rude when I raised my concerns; the owner then explained their ‘star rating’ determined how clean it was to leave the car , the higher you pay they will use a standard hoover brush !! We had a car wash service at Shine and Go car wash. We opted for the 5 star service but the team didn't treat us correctly and tried to be aggressive when we asked to properly clean the car. They also got irritated that our car is taking more time to clean . No proper customer service. They just want to earn money on number of cars cleaned. They should not be rude to the customers.
