Always very nervous when attending a dentist but come out wondering why .... I see Mr Fay and he is lovely .... unfortunately he is leaving the surgery .... hope the new dentist is as nice as Mr Fay ... definately recommend

You expect a visit to the dentist to be a bit nerve racking, especially if you're going for treatment. What you get from Shildon Smile Centre is the warmest of welcomes and I got a hug from one of the lovely staff members! Mr Pi is a top class dentist who is patient and understanding as well as being warm and friendly and very likely to have a chat. Top class service from a top class team. Thank you for making my visit such a pleasant experience.
