I’ve been paying them for over a year, now that I’m trying to visit my unit storage, they aren’t returning calls or responding to my text messages. They just disappeared, I have no clue where my belongings are or how to retrieve them. No choice but to follow the legal route now.

Looks like they've left people high and dry and disappeared with no contact. And now I have to go through the process to recover my belongings. I've been paying them for over a year - so happy to take my money but not communicate any Issues. Looks like they have not paid the fees and people can't access their belongings. Absolutely shameful!

最悪のサービスでした。2週間以上前にサービスの予約をしていたのにも関わらず、当日運転手が連絡も無くキャンセルし、運営会社に問い合わせても代わりの運転手を手配をしてくれませんでした。私たちの引越しは別の会社に再依頼し、当日予約料金で4倍もの金額を取られ最悪の結末となりました。 なぜ自社都合の手配ミスにも関わらず、非協力的で補填すらしてくれないのか意味がわかりません。最悪のサービスです。

Second time using this company. Shift man and van, which are a great company for removals and storage service, Please be mindful that shift online and shift man and van Ltd are two different companies I nearly put a review related to shift which I got mistaken with, double check websites guys!
