Had the worst nightmare of my life when they gave me an apartment absolutely infested with Bedbugs….. I asked for immediate return of my deposit and it took them more than 2 months to do it ONLY after the local council intervened.. Made me homeless and had the audacity to question me for complaining.. Absolutely incompetent. Please avoid at all costs.
This property agency is unscrupulous, unprofessional and misleading in order to get you to sign leases for the properties that they manage. I moved into a property that they managed in St John’s wood that was not cleaned properly, in disrepair and had the landlords residual effects (including toilet brushes!) upon moving in. The next 4 months was the most disappointing in my history of renting in London. I would never trust this agency for sales or lettings. I am now in a legal dispute because of their poor management.
