Definitely would not recommend this company. After speaking with Ben, I made an offer on the Iveco Daily tipper which he said required approval. Rather than coming back to me professionally with an update, a counter, or even a refusal, Ben simply ignored my follow-up calls and texts. Negotiation is a normal part of any sale — if my offer wasn’t acceptable, that’s fine. But to blank a potential paying customer instead of handling it properly shows poor salesmanship and even worse customer service.

Absolutely ridiculous service and communication. Unit presented for mot prep over a week ago. 3 cancelled mot spots with no communication. Presented for mot today and unit failed. Now this company is affecting my o licence and dvsa score.

Took a vehicle for service/MOT which was booked in by a contractor. These clowns were borderline rude ignorant and un interested. Couldnt even advise as to when it would even get looked at never mind ready to collect. Same miserable uninterested telephone manner as well. Even when calling the phone went un answered. Eventually took 9 days to get MOTd and serviced. What a joke. And upon collection they couldnt even be bothered to refit the wheel nut position indicators - Until asked. Go somewhere else.
