Great service Always very helpful
Extremely disappointing experience. The shopkeeper was shockingly rude and dismissive. When I asked for help, he clearly had no interest in assisting and acted as though I was a nuisance. It is obvious he does not value his customers or care about running a respectful business. To make matters worse, his attitude felt discriminatory and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. If you are going here for a packageless return, don’t bother. It clearly states on evri’s website that this is a packageless return shop but the shop assistant is adamant that they are not.
