Verified Renter This might quite possibly be the best location in Howard County. Period. Its quiet, super walkable to all the grocery stores (No lie, theres like 6. Take your pick) and did I mention its quiet?!

Verified Renter For 3 years, I have rented from other properties in the Columbia area. Before that I lived on Sherwood for 8 years. My experience has been, that in comparison, Sherwood has the most amenities and one of the best rental properties in Howard County. The elementary school is located within the community, there's plenty of grounds for walking and biking, plenty of restaurants and stores, all in walking distance. Verified Renter Sherwood is at a great location with many shops and restaurants nearby. Our apartment is very spacious and I rarely notice that we have neighbors.
