Verified Renter The maintenance here is awful. Non responsive, takes forever to get issues fixed, I always have to call the leasing office to get things in motion. The maintenance team never responds. I am very dissatisfied with maintenance and the upkeep of the property as a whole.

Verified Renter Poor maintenance. Sky high bills for amenities. Appliances doesnt work well. Air leaks. Poor security. Less cabinets or small closets.

I have interacted mainly with Deanna in the office since I moved in and she is always very helpful and compassionate to my concerns about the poor maintenance staff and response time. I really appreciate that the leasing office is professional and very attentive to the tenants.

Health and Safety Hazard Initial move in was good, for a decent price and is aesthetically pleasing. However, within a months time the apartment became a maintenance nightmare. Water damage from faulty appliances and pipes ruined floors. That were never resolved or replaced. Broken doors and handles, laundry appliances. Fees for trash and balcony when unreinforced for other tenants. Paid parking rose over 25 dollars despite unreinforced parking rules. People steal paid parking spots and are NEVER towed anymore.
