Verified Renter This will be my third year at Sherwood Crossing and so far I have enjoyed every minute. The grounds are kept clean and neat. The property sits in a place where it is very quiet. I love that there is shopping nearby and it is close to the highway. I have a people who do not drive. There is a bus stop right outside the property.

Verified Renter Sherwood Crossing is a great place to live! The community is quiet, nice landscaping, beautiful pool area, ample parking, walking distance to the grocery stores, and great apartment size.

Terrible Apartments are decent enough and a nice size but the maintenance is a joke. All of the major problems we have had, we have fixed ourselves. We have paid our rent early every month and yet, they increased it by $200/month when new tenants paid less for the same apartment. Grounds are extremely dirty with garbage and bird poop everywhere, we are forced to pay extra for the reserved parking spaces because the parking lots were so full that we had to park 3-5 buildings over at times. Verified Renter I have been a resident for 6 years. Sherwood Crossing has improved over the years. The leasing staff is professional, and responsive. The breezeways seem to be cleaner. The outside grounds are kept up very well. As a suggestion, as a part of their maintenance options, it would be great if they offered the option to have apartments painted as well as terraces for current residents as a way to keep the apartments/terraces fresh and renovated, rather than painting/sanding (rebuilding) apartments for the incoming... read more
