Verified Renter The managers do not care for their tenants. They are inconsiderate about telling about events, such as cleaning out fireplaces and pest control. They will inform you…with a 3-4 day notice during the weekend so that you cannot send them emails until Monday, which they will gladly not respond due to the fact that you didn’t give them enough time.

Verified Renter Family friendly Environment. Staffs are great and helpful. Gym, Pool, park, tennis and volleyball court. Safety is topmost. Elementary school right across. Walk-in distance to CVS, COSTCO, 7/11, Restaurants, Nails, Tattoo, Piercing, Taekwondo, Saloon, Grocery. Everything within 8 min walk.

Verified Renter Was a Nice community to live in until last year people starting breaking into peoples apts or walking in while residents were sitting in there homes.It use to be safe to leave the door open while at home or walking in the community for exercise not anymore.Even now the kids are going into peoples apt buildings & stealing their packages…My neighbor even told me someone broke into her car & she was moving & she did just that .It’s still a quiet neighborhood though when the Bad isn’t happening.Maintenance is ter... read more

Verified Renter Been relatively ok living experience. I have had a couple stolen packages and floor mats but the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Maintenance does well to fix problems in a relatively short time period too.

Verified Renter Nice quiet area with lots of amenities. Had a big problem at first but was fixed. The kitchen is beautiful and the living room is very spacious. Giselle is honestly the best, she helped us get an affordable apartment at the last minute do to an emergency. She has been kind and very patient and we’re very thankful for her.

Verified Renter Process was great, staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment is well kept. No complaints but the water turn off has been an issue amongst the tenants.
