Verified Renter my stove was supposed to be flat glass and they gave me a different model, my heater doesn't heat up and I have to set the temperature to 77 Fahrenheit to feel comfortable, my toilet is tiny and I'm 6 feet tall, and I'm 2 weeks in the house and cockroaches are already appearing
Verified Renter My experience could be better as I put in a request with maintenance pertaining to things needing to be fixed that have yet to been fixed. Staff is however friendly.

Verified Renter Maintenance Staff: A , are extremely helpful and kind. Leasing Staff: C-, hit or miss, some are great some are borderline terrible people Apartment: C, for the cost it is good enough, but many things slowly falling apart. The area / safety is really the only reason for the cost to be what it is. (This is also possibly just our apartment, also the maintenance staff do a great job at fixing small problems in a timely manor). Verified Renter The staff is great, unfortunately there is a lack of control over piled up garbage around the dumpsters. Cleaning prior to move in could have been way better. Complex is great at answering maintenance requests but often aren't very knowledgeable and will only patch fix things rather than doing it right the first time, thus a fairly newly renovated kitchen looks like a 30 yr old kitchen.

Verified Renter The community is in a nice location, close to the Columbia mall, Walmart, Target, Costco. The complex has a pool, and gym. The staff is cooperative and nice. There is no assigned parking unless you pay to be under the “garage” area. Have been here a couple years, and plan to renew this upcoming year as well!
