Verified Renter I have lived here for 7 months now and am very pleased. Quiet community. Nice neighborhood. All the staff in the office are very nice. Any maintenance work that you submit gets done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to move.

Verified Renter The pricing is a little much but cheap compared to other apartments but the neighborhood is quiet and everyone is pretty friendly. There have been a few issues with pest and I was originally shown a updated model but they gave me a older model but it ended up saving me $200 so I’m not complaining

Verified Renter I love living at Sherwood Crossing. The staff is good, maintenance is timely and the location is great as it is close to a lot of popular grocery stores like Costco and Trader Joes, restaurants and parks etc.

Verified Renter Quiet, and the surrounding are kept clean and lawn well maintained. Maintainance is fast and adequate parking. So far so good with mo issues.

Verified Renter Had great neighbors and love the trash pick up and how fast service request get done. Just wish some of the appliances were in better condition. I think the dog park needs to be kept in better condition, a lot of pot holes.
