Verified Renter Great community so far. The apartments are a bit outdated for the prices. Great location and an overall good place so far for any young individual or family starting out.

Verified Renter Unlike the model shown who we signed up for our unit, our unit is really old and dirty and many maintenance issues. The caulking was done unprofessionally throughout the unit, the window blinds were old and stiff, shower rooms control knobs were extremely outdated and water was leaking from the shower head joints, the patio glass door lock was broken, etc. The whole unit remained me the worst Motel 6 experience and even the Motel 6 might be offended if it’s compared with the Sherwood Crossing! Verified Renter Very happy with the apartment complex so far. The grounds are maintained, maintenance is quick if you need them, and neighborhood is quiet. 99% of the time I have no trouble finding parking and the neighbors have been friendly. Many people have dogs and it appears they clean up after themselves.

Verified Renter I have been living here since end of July and so far everything has been great. Office staff are great, everyone is extremely nice and professional. Love all the events that are held to keep the residents involved in in the community.

Verified Renter Only in been in the community for about a month. The leasing office is helpful when reachable. Maintenance was able to verify and correct my concerns in a timely manner upon move in. The community grounds upkeep is reasonable.
