Verified Renter Overall, Ive been very happy with Sherwood. The office staff and maintenance have both been very responsive and helpful. The grounds are nicely maintained and the fitness center is a big plus for me.

Pricing..... Just be warned, the listed starting price is absolutely meaningless. They do not offer any apartments at their listed price. The actual price is at least $150 higher, or more. The later in the month the more expensive the rent. The area is very nice, no doubt, but the pricing structure is incredibly shady.

Verified Renter This is a very quiet and friendly community. The grounds are always kept clean. The trash removal is top-notch. The office and maintenance staff is friendly and helpful.

Verified Renter I find it to be very quiet and peaceful especially at night. The property is always very clean. I can't say enough about the trash removal service. The property is set in such a way that you get plenty of sunlight. The amenities here are prime. The location is the best for shopping everything is nearby even the highway is easy to get to.
