Verified Renter The stay was initially good, but after around 6 months, the maintenance secton started becoming a nightmare. We were stuck with a broken door for months. The management kept on telling it is not an emergency and need not get attention right away. We had issues with the mentality of the staff working there. They used to not care when we talk to them and reply rude. Once we let the management know that we are closing the lease(we let them know 3 months prior), from then on, the maintenance crew never turned up.... read more

Not a safe community Not recommended.. management is very poor. Lot of car break in going on and not a safe community anymore. Don’t stay here.

Verified Renter Renowned for charging customers left and right, takes several weeks to complete maintenance requests that to after multiple follow ups, doesn't enforce patio rules, patios should only have patio furniture, but few tenants have turned them into bird houses and littering other tenants, management does not take any action
