Aiming toward Prefection “JP, Kelsey, and the rest of the staff are extremely attentive, fair, and responsive. Whenever an issue has arisen (VERY INFREQUENT) either with the my personal rental apt/agreement, or on the grounds, they have acted quickly and efficiently to reach a mutually beneficial resolution. Likewise, the maintenance crew is fast, efficient, and friendly.”

terrible place Parking is terrible, noisy kids run around and shack the whole apartment. The rent is expensive for what you get. My rent has gone up 200 dollars since I moved in 2 and half years ago. I finally found a better place in a better location. Don’t waist your time look somewhere else.

run far away When I first signed my lease it was with Bozzuto. They were great but now Greystar took over and they are awful! They do not care about the occupants at all. I had a hole in my wall from a sprinkler leak for 3 months. I constantly asked for someone to come fix it wasnt until I emailed them threatening to hold my rent till fixed did someone finally come out. Trash is always all over the place and the valet trash is a joke. Stay far away.

Stay away! Do not move in here! The management is a joke, the grounds are so poorly maintained, even if you do have a first floor apartment you will likely have a swamp instead of a grassy area. I had an issue with my neighbor who was getting drunk and pissing off his balcony on to my patio, as well as dumping liquids randomly off his porch. ~4 Years - Overall content with Sherwood Crossing living I have lived at Sherwood Crossing for nearly 4 years and seen many management changes and other developments in the community. I had been disappointed with maintenance and office staff interactions for the better part of the year because of slow service. Plans for resolutions to problems were often made, but no action took place. Kelsey recently came to the team and goes the extra mile to ensure that things happen. Horrible new management I moved in here under the previous management who was amazing. Now Greystar runs it and it’s absolutely terrible. No one know how to do their job. They don’t keep the property up to par and take forever to answer a maintenance request. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
